Welcome to Jana Voříšková research group

Jana Voříšková C.V.

I am a research scientist in the Institute of Microbiology, Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. I study microbial ecology with focus on diversity, distribution and function of soil and aquatic microbes. I am particularly interested in microbial control over carbon and nutrient cycling and response of microbial communities to climate change.
